An investment in yourself
and the life you are building
Therapy as a thoughtful commitment
to care, clarity, and long-term change.
Choosing to begin therapy is not a small decision. It reflects a willingness to slow down, to take yourself seriously, and to invest in your own inner life. I view therapy as a meaningful commitment rather than a service to consume, and I approach this work with care for your time, my time, and the depth of the process we enter together.
When you step into therapy with me, I am fully present and invested in the work we do. I ask for a similar level of intention and commitment from the people I work with.
Rates and Session Structure
Individual Therapy
$215 per 50-minute session
Couples and Family Therapy
$250 per 50-minute session
Sessions typically occur weekly or every other week, depending on your needs, goals, and the nature of the work. We will talk together about pacing and structure so that therapy feels supportive and sustainable. I am a private pay provider and do not accept insurance. This choice allows therapy to remain focused on your needs rather than on diagnostic requirements, treatment limits, or external oversight.

A Limited, Intentional Caseload
Why I work with a small number of clients
I intentionally limit my caseload in order to provide a higher level of care, presence, and thoughtfulness to the people I work with. When you are a client, you are not one of many. You receive my full attention, experience, and ongoing engagement with your work.
This approach allows me to show up grounded and prepared, and to hold the kind of therapeutic space that depth-oriented work requires.
The Value Behind the Investment
What you are truly investing in.
Your investment in therapy reflects more than the time we spend together in session. It also supports the care that happens behind the scenes, including continued training, research, case consultation, and thoughtful preparation for our work together.
For me, practicing as a financially independent woman and valuing mental health as essential rather than optional is deeply important. Holding firm to this value is part of how I model self-worth, boundaries, and care, especially for clients who have learned to minimize their needs or overextend themselves.
Therapy is not an expense to justify. It is an investment in understanding yourself, strengthening your relationships, and creating a more sustainable way of living.
Schedule a Free Consultation
A complimentary 15 minute consultation is available for those who would like to explore whether working together feels like a good fit. This conversation offers space to ask questions, share a bit about what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of my approach before making a financial or therapeutic commitment.
The consultation is not an evaluation or obligation. It is simply an opportunity to determine whether the structure, pacing, and focus of this work align with what you are looking for. You are also welcome to move forward without a consultation if you already feel ready to begin.
